Our master artisans produce it in our Ubrique (Spain) workshop with premium vegetable-tanned genuine leather, embossing our brand logo on the front. Its upholstery finish provides strength and durability.

  • If UPS Ground Shipping is selected at the checkout, a flat rate of $9.95 will be added to all US orders.
  • We ship the same day of your order via UPS; orders by 12:00 pm EST/9:00 am PST.
  • Orders after 12:00 pm EST/9:00 am PST will be shipped the next business day.
  • UPS Ground Service may take 1-5 business days to arrive at your address after the order has shipped.
  • The delivery days vary between 1-5 business days, depending on the distance. 
  • Alaska & Hawaii may require additional days for delivery.
  • Shipping services are available on business days, Monday through Friday.

At Daniel Chong US, we're committed to ensuring your shopping journey with us is a pleasant one! Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept returns of unworn or unaltered items within 30 days from the original purchase date.


How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is easy and hassle-free. Simply email us at hello@danielchong-us.com, making sure to include your Order # and name in the email subject line (e.g., Order #000001 - John Smith). Upon receiving your email, we'll promptly send you a prepaid return label. Print out the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, and an additional 1-2 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Original shipping charges are not refundable at this time.

Return Criteria
Items should be returned in their original condition, complete with tags. We reserve the right to reject any returns that don't meet these criteria.

Note: We only accept returns for items purchased within the United States.

In-Store Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot process online returns at our retail locations. For in-store policies, please refer to our Online Refund Policy or contact us at hello@danielchong-us.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions
Special Order, Final Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Final Sale Items
Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please send us the link to the item you wish to receive. We will provide a return shipping label for the original item. Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, we will ship the new item. If there's any difference in prices, we will process a refund or charge accordingly.

For the quickest resolution, request a return shipping label for your original item and place a new order for the desired item.
