We work with fabrics made from recycled garments; the cotton fiber is extracted from a garment that has ended its cycle; this avoids the excess of textile waste and reduces the load on landfills and incinerators, also the dependency on virgin raw materials, chemicals, water, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions.

We also use fabrics made from recycled plastic bottles; these fabrics are waterproof and contribute to the resistance and durability of our backpacks and bags.

We suggest to hand-wash the textile parts only. For vegetable-tanned leather parts, we recommend using upholstery cleaning & conditioning products.

For Vegan leather parts (mainly the front pocket and bottom part), clean gently with warm water and soap.

Our backpacks have vegetable-tanned leather handles; please do not use the washer machine or dryer.

Do not use bleach, dry clean, or use iron.

Kindly contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return label, and provide us with your name, last name, order number, and why you would like to return it. This last one will be great feedback for our Design & Production Team and may help us to improve. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and most importantly, the item must be in new condition with the tag.
