Online Return & Exchange Policy

Here at danielchong-us.com, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is positive! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, Daniel Chong US will accept unworn or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.


The return process at Daniel Chong US is straightforward and has NO extra charges. To start a return process, contact us at hello@danielchong-us.com; we will guide you through a few steps to complete!

​Please include your Order # and your name on the subject of your email. Ex.: Order # 000001 – John, Smith. Once we receive your email, we will send you a prepaid return label from USPS. Please, print the label and place it on the box. Once your package is ready for shipping, drop it off at your nearest USPS postal office.

​The refund will base on the original form of payment, and it will be processed as soon as we receive the package at our warehouse. To return or exchange an item, please pack it in its original condition and return all items in new condition with tags. Daniel Chong US reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

For items purchased at danielchong-us.com, original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at the warehouse, and you will receive an email notification once the refund is processed. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for the credit to post on your account.

Also, Daniel Chong US will only accept returns of items purchased within the United States.
